Boiled fennels? Not only the ideal diet lunch, but also something tasty! Sure, you have to add some ingredients but the result it’s delicious!

INGREDIENTS
2-3 fennels
water and coarse salt to taste
1 beaten egg + 1 pinch salt
breadcrumbs to taste
frying oil
STEP 1: PREPARE AND BOIL THE FENNELS
Trim off the fennel stems and cut each bulb into 4 wedges. Cook them in boiling salted water until softened (about 10-12 minutes).
STEP 2: BREAD
When cold, bread the fennels: deep them into beaten egg mixture, then into breadcrumbs.
STEP 3: FRY
Fry fennels in deep hot oil for a couple of minutes.
