It’s my favorite appetizer but I don’t cook it very often and I don’t know why.. To get delicious shripms gratin I suggest you fresh fish, but if you don’t live near a good fish shop you can also use frozen ones.

INGREDIENTS
25 shrimps (fresh or thawed)
2 slices white bread (I cook it by myself)
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
½ teaspoon onion, chopped
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

STEP 1: CLEANING THE SHRIMPS
Gently shell the shrimps keeping head and tail. Devein the shrimps.Engrave the shrimp to extract the black gut.
STEP 2: PREPARE THE BREADCRUMBS MIX
Place the white bread, parsley, rosemary, onion, breadcrumbs and Parmesan in the blender. Once smooth, add salt, pepper and oil until the mixture is moist and well combined.
STEP 3: COVER WITH BREADCRUMBS
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the shrimps, then add salt and pepper and cover them with previouslypreparedbreadcrumbs.
Put over the shrimp a little olive oil.
STEP 4: COOK THE SHRIMPS
Cook for 10 minutes in preheated oven at 200 °C.
