INGREDIENTI
ab 20-25 shrimps
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 pizza dough (I used Stuffer)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 bufala mozzarella
parsley chopped to taste
Parmesan to taste
salt and oil to taste
STEP 1: CLEAN AND MARINATE SHRIMPS
Gently shell the shrimps removing head and tail. Devein the shrimps.Engrave the shrimp to extract the black gut. Now place shrimps in a bowl and season with oil, salt, pepper and lemon zest.
STEP 2: BRUSH PIZZA DOUGH
Unroll the pizza dough and brush it with oil.
STEP 3: ADD INGREDIENTS
Place on the pizza dough: bufala mozzarella (cubed), shrimps, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and a bit oil.
STEP 4: COOK
Cook pizza in preheated oven at 230° for ab. 18-20 minutes.
