Bacon shrimps

Who’s to say that meat and fish don’t mix?

This is not one of my ideas but Cristian one. I took my first bite of these delicious shrimps during my collegues party and since then I like making them as appetizer for celebration time.

Easy, quick and so yummy!

 

MAKES 10 BITES
READY IN 20’

 

INGREDIENTS

Ab. 10 shrimps

 

10 slices bacon

 

Rosemary to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

 

 

STEP 1: CLEAN THE SHRIMPS

Gently shell the shrimps keeping tail. Devein the shrimps. Engrave the shrimp to extract the black gut.

 

STEP 2: WRAP THEM

Wrap the shrimps with bacon slices.

 

STEP 3: COOK

Plce the shrimps in a non-stick pan, sprinkle with Rosemary, salt and pepper and cook on low heat for about 6-8 minutes.
