INGREDIENTS
2 zucchini
2 calamari
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
15- 20 shell-free shrimps
oil to taste
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
STEP 1: SLICE ZUCCHINI
Wash zucchini and finely slice them with a potato peeler.
STEP 2: CUT CALAMARI
Slice calamari into rectangles.
STEP 3: PREPARE THE SHRIMPS
In a bowl mix: oil, salt and pepper. Add the shrimps and mix.
Now wrap each shrimpwith a zucchini slice.
STEP 4: STICK THE FISH
Stick fish into long toothpicks, then place them on a parchment paper sheet lightly oiled.
Finally sprinkle with breadcrumbs + parsley + oil+ salt+pepper mix.
STEP 5: COOK
Cook fish sticks in preheated oven at 210°C for about 10 minutes.
