INGREDIENTS
2 cups fresh basil leaves
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
4-5 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove (if you like it, i don’t)
½ cup pine nuts
1 pinch coarse salt
STEP 1: WASH THE BASIL
Wash basil leaves and then dry them carefully
STEP 2: MIX THE INGREDIENTS
Place all the ingredients into the mixer and mix them until smooth. Now taste the sauce and, if necessary, add more Parmesan or oil to make it thicker or more fluent (it depends on you).
