Orata and potato crust

SERVES 2 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS

1 potato

 

2 orata fillets (sea bream)

Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

 

8-10 cherry tomatoes

Salt, pepper and oregano to taste

Extra virgin olive oil to taste.

 

Salt and extra virgin olive oil to taste

Rosemary, sage and oregano to taste

 

 

STEP 1:SLICE THE POTATO

Pell the potato and slice it very thinly.

 

STEP 2: SEASON THE FISH

Cover a baking tray with greaseproof paper, add 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and place the fish. Season with salt, pepper and oil.

 

STEP 3: PREPARE CHERRY TOMATOES

Make a cross-shape cut in the top of each tomato, then season with salt, pepper, oil and oregano and place then around the fish.

 

STEP 4: COVER THE FISH WITH SLICED POTATO

Cover the fish with sliced potato then add salt, oil and aromatic herbs to taste.

 

STEP 5: COOK

Cook in preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes..
