Chocolate soft brownie cake

There are a couple of occasions when this soft chocolate donut is a must:

1 – when you want to reward yourself for a good achievement (good job girl!)

2 – vice versa when the day went wrong, really really wrong!

So, this dessert has the super merit of clearing everything around you, giving you ecstasy.

Simply chocolate: an intense chocolate experience in a soft brownie-style bite.

 

MAKES 1 25 CM DONUT CAKE
READY IN 50′

 

INGREDIENTS:

8,8 oz Greek yogurt (I used Stuffer)
7 oz sugar
1 pinch salt

3 eggs
3,1 oz all-purpose flour
2,4 oz cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
3,5 oz butter

 

Butter to taste

All-purpose flour to taste

 

5,3 oz dark chocolate
3,5 oz cream

 

Dark chocolate to decorate

 

STEP 1: COMBINE THE INGREDIENTS

Place yogurt, sugar and salt in a bowl and whisk with an electric mixer for a few minutes.

 

Now add the eggs, one at a time, incorporating with the whisk.

Separately, sift together flour, cocoa and baking powder in a bowl. Add them one ladle at a time to the batter, continuing beating.

Melt the butter over the heat

and add it to the dough, always mixing.

 

 

STEP 2: COOK

Place the batter in a greased and floured donut mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 35-40 minutes.

Make sure to do the toothpick test before turning off!

 

STEP: MAKE THE CHOCOLATE TOPPING

Place cream and chopped chocolate in a saucepan in a double boiler. Mix well until completely dissolved.

Pour melted chocolate over the donut and let it cool before moving.

Decore the cake with grated chocolate.
