INGREDIENTS
2-3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
4-5 drops lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated
Grana cheese (or Parmesan cheese) to taste
16 slices beef carpaccio
Arugula to taste
Grated lemon peel to taste
STEP 1: PREPARE THE DRESSING
In a bowl mix the oil, salt, lemon juice and peel.
STEP 2: PREPARE THE CHEESE
With the help of a cheese grater or a knife, cut some wedges of Grana cheese.
STEP 3: PUT ALL TOGETHER
Place the carpaccio into the serving plate and dress it with the dressing.
Add some arugula and the Grana wedges, then garnish with a bit of grated lemon peel.
