MAKES 15 BITES
READY IN 25’ (15’preparation, 10’ cooking)
INGREDIENTS
9 oz chicken
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
2 slices white bread
4 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons all- purpose flour
½ glass milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon oil
Salt to taste
Breadcrumbs to taste
Frying oil
STEP 1: PREPARE MIXTURE OF NUGGETS
Place the first seven ingredients into the mixer and chop until smooth.
STEP 2: PREPARE FOR THE BATTER
In a separate bowl, whisk flour with the milk, egg, oil and salt.
STEP 3: MAKE AND BREAD THE NUGGETS
With wet hands, take a teaspoon of mixture and give it an almond shape. Immerse it in batter and consequently in the breadcrumbs.
STEP 4: COOK THE NUGGETS
In a deep oil frying pan, cook the nuggets until getting golden and crunchy.
