INGREDIENTS:
3 fennels
2 bread slices
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
STEP 1: SLICE THE FENNELS
Slice the fennels.
STEP 2: BLEND THE BREAD SLICES
Blend the bread slices,
then add salt, pepper, breadcrumbs and mix.
STEP 3: BAKE
Place two talespoons of oil in a baking pan
add the fennel slices
and cook in preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
STEP 4: ADD BREAD
Add the bread mixture
and sprinkle with oil. Cook at 220°C for 15 more minutes.
