Puff pastry peach tartlets

MAKES 10 TARTLETS

INGREDIENTS

4 peaches

 

1 package rectangular  puff pastry

 

Pine nuts to taste

Icing sugar to taste

 

 

STEP 1: CUT THE PEACHES

Peel and slice the peaches.

 

STEP 2: CUT THE PUFF PASTRY.

Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Cut each puff pastry sheet into 10 equal rectangles

 

 

STEP 3: FILL THE TARTLETS

Place the sliced peaches in the center of each rectangle.  Add pine nuts to taste and sprinkle with icing sugar.

 

STEP 4: BAKE

Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
