Ghost… pizzas!

Trick-or-treat? there’s nothing scary about these crazy little pizzas but too much taste!

 

MAKES 20 BITES
READY IN 15’

 

INGREDIENTS

1 puff pastry sheet

1 cup tomato sauce

Salt to taste

 

Water to taste

1 mozzarella

Rosemary to taste

 

STEP 1: CUT THE PUFF PASTRY

Cut about 20 circles (diameter 8 cm), then place them  on a baking tray covered with baking paper.

Spread on each ona a spoon of tomato sauce and add salt.

 

STEP 2: COOK THE PIZZAS

Cook the pizzas in preheated oven at 230°C for 8-10 minutes.

 

STEP 3: MAKE MOZZARELLA SOFT

Cut mozzarella into cubes. Place the cubes in a bowl with hot water. Hot water will help you to shape mozzarella making it similar to ghosts. If you prefer you can also use scissor for a more regular ghost shape).

 

STEP 4: FINISH THE PIZZAS

Place mozzarella ghosts on pizzas. Make two holes (the eyes of the ghosts) with a tickle  and place rosemary for the mouth.
