SERVES 4-6 PEOPLE
READY IN 25′
INGREDIENTS
Olive mousse (I used Stuffer)
10 cherry tomatoes, cubed
1 can tuna
salt and pepper to taste
1 puff pastry sheet (I used Stuffer)
1 beaten egg + pinch salt
STEP 1: MAKE THE FILLING
In a bowl mix together: olive mousse, cherry tomatoes, tuna, salt and pepper.
STEP 2: FILL THE PUFF PASTRY
Slice the puff pastry sheet in three pieces and fill each of them with the filling. Close well the slices to get three filled snakes – Take a look at the video!
STEP 3: SHAPE THE SNAIL
Roll the filled snakes on baking paper to shape a snail.
STEP 4: SPRINKLE WITH EGG AND COOK
Sprinkle the puff pastry snail with the beaten egg + salt and cook it in preheated oven at 250°C for 16-18 minutes.
