He used a simply beans can, he cooked them in a burnt pot on a fire in the desert, but I’ve always loved his bean recipe. When my beloved Terence Hill cooked beans I immediately got hungry maybe because of his savoir faire (more likely because of his stunning blue eyes !!)
SERVES 2-3 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon onion, chopped
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 taespoon rosemary
1 pinto beans can (steamed)
pepper to taste
salt to taste
3 tablespoons cold water + 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
STEP 1: SAUTE’
Place onion and oil in a pan and let it sautè for 1 minute.
STEP 2: ADD BEANS
Add beans and pepper to taste. Gently whisk.
STEP 3: MAKE IT THICK
Add salt and water + flour mixture to the pan and let it cook for 8-10 minutes.
