It doesn’t matter if it’s sunny, rainy or couldy: when June comes I have to cook grilled fish! This is an essential recipe, tasty and also light!

20 Persico fish filets
rosemary, sage, pepper and salt to taste
4-5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
chopped parsley to taste
STEP 1: SEASON THE FILETS
Place the filets on a large dish and sprinkle with rosemary, sage and pepper. Now drizzle with oil and finally add salt.
STEP 2: COOK
Cook the filets on a baking paper sheet on a George Foreman grill for about 1-2- minutes on both side.
STEP 3: READY
Place the filets in the dish and sprinkle with fresh parsley!
