Beer ribs I STEPbySTEP

You should be patient with these ribs:if you want tender and tasty meat you have to wait a while… But believe me: the recipe is so easy that it cooks by itself!! Let’s prepare delicious beer ribs, ideal for a lunch with friends.

INGREDIENTS

3-4 sage leaves

1 rosemary spring

2 bay leaves

½ onion, sliced

Pepper to taste

2 lb pork ribs

3-4 glasses beer

 

salt and pepper to taste

rosmary, chopped to taste

sage, chopped to taste

extra virgin olive oil to taste

 

1 onion

 

 

STEP 1: MARINATE THE RIBS

Place in a bowl: sage, rosemari, bay, onion and pepper. Add  ribs and beer. Cover the bowl with clingfilm and let it rest for a couple of hours.

 

STEP 2: SEASON

Combine salt, rosemary, sage and pepper.

Now remove the ribs frome the marinade, make it dry with kitchen paper, thn massage with a bit oil and salt mixture.

 

STEP 3: PLACE RIBS INTO THE BAKING TRAY

Place the ribs and an onion into a baking tray covered with parchment paper and cover the meat with aluminium foil.

 

STEP 4: COOK

Cook the ribs in preheated oven at 200°C for ab. 2,5 hours. 15 minutes before turning off, remove the aluminium foil to make ribs crunchy.
