What amazing idea for kids snacks! A tasty recipe, ready in less than half an hour, to make children smile during Christmastime. Here is the recipe to make yummy cake pops with Mascarpone cheese and Oreo cookies! Let’s prepare them!
MAKES 8-10 BITES
READY IN ’25
INGREDIENTS
2 Oreo packaging
4 tablespoons Mascarpone cheese
1 teaspoon Vanilla extrac.
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
white fondant to taste
confectioner’s sugar to taste
1 packaging Marshmallows
sugar decoration to taste
STEP 1: MIX THE COOKIES
Blend the cookies until crushed then mix them with Mascarpone cheese, vanilla extract and cocoa powder. Mix well.
STEP 2: MAKE THE BALLS
Take a spoon of mixture and make it round (as big as a Ping-Pong ball). Do the same with all the mixture, then spear the balls with wooden sticks (the ice cream ones). Keep the balls into the freezer.
STEP 3: ROLL THE FONDANT OUT
With clean hands, knead the fondant to make it softer. Then roll it using a rolling pin and a little confectioner’s sugar.
STEP 4: MAKE THE CAKE POPS
Remove the balls from the freezer, cut some fondant circles and wrap them on the balls. Pay attention not to dirty the white fondant!
Now spear a marshmallow and place it near the ball, it will look like a ribbon. Decore the ball making two holes for the eyes, some other holes for the mouth (you can do it using a toothpic) and placing a sugar decoration for the nose.
A PIECE OF ADVICE: keep these delicious sweets into the fridge! You know, snowmen like cold!
