Fried fish

Today I feel like something delicious, especially if it’s simple and quick to prepare!

Easy squid and shrimp fried bites  – if preapred with fresh fish – can bring the dead back to life! Don’t you believe me? Come on, try it! 🙂

 

SERVES 4 PEOPLE
READY IN 20’

 

INGREDIENTS

5  squids (cleaned)

16 shrimps

 

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon semolina

 

Frying oil to taste

Salt to taste

 

 

STEP 1: SLICE THE SQUIDS

Check the squids (they shouldn’t have eyes and beak), then slice the body into rings and cut tentacles in a half.

 

STEP 2: ROLL IN FLOUR

Place all-purpose flour and semolina in a plastic freezer bag. Add the fish (little by little) and mix it in it by shaking the bag.

 

STEP 3: FRY

“Drain” the fish from the flour and cook it into hot oil for a couple of minutes.

Now drain it,  place it on papaer towel and sprinkle with salt.
