Fish fillets with herb gratin

Men:  this is for you! If you like surprising your sweet half this is the ideal recipe for delicious Italian food ready in no time and very very easy.

Fish fillet with herb gratin: a delicate flavor for a romantic dinner.

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 pinch salt

thyme to taste

rosemary to taste

parsley to taste

 

4 sea bream fillets

oil and salt to taste

 

 

 

 

STEP 1: MAKE THE BREAD MIXTURE

Blend breadcrumbs, oil, salt, thyme, rosemary and parsley for a couple of minutes to get aromatic breadcrumbs.

 

 

STEP 2: SEASON THE FILLETS

Check the fillets to find fishbones. Season the fillets with oil and salt.

 

STEP  3: BREAD THE FISH

Bread the fish on one side usind the aromatic breadcrumbs prepared on step 1.

 

STEP 4: COOK

Place the fillets on parchment paper, add a little oil and cook on preheated oven at 220°C for 10-12 minutes.
