Stuffed focaccia

Do you have them just 20 minutes?

To make extra stuffed focaccia it really takes a few minutes!!

Soft and with a delicious filling made with ham, cheese and cherry tomatoes.

Should  I say more?

 

SERVES 4 PEOPLE
READY IN 20′

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 pizza dough sheet (I used Stuffer)

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

8-10 slices ham

1 mozzarella

2,8 oz fontina type cheese

5-6 cherry tomatoes

salt, oregano, oil to taste

2-3 tablespoons béchamel sauce

2-3 cherry tomatoes

 

 

 

STEP 1: STUFF

Unroll the first pizza sheet by keeping it on the parchment paper provided and placing it on a round baking sheet.

Sprinkle with oil,

add ham,

cubed cheese,

sliced cherry tomatoes and season with salt, oregano and oil.

 

 

STEP 2: CLOSE THE FOCACCIA

Now close the focaccia by placing the second dough sheet on the top of the filling and trying to make the edges adhere.

fold the edges inwards to seal them as you see in the pictures:

 

Brush the surface with a bit oil

and decore with béchamel sauce and sliced cherry tomatoes.

 

 

STEP 3: COOK

Cook the focaccia in preheated oven at 220°C for ab. 15 minutes.
