Sausage and potatoes pot

A delicious potatoes pan: what else?

Few things give me the same satisfaction! Pay attention and season them properly! Some people add onion, garlic or other prefer them with simple oil and rosemary.

Today I’m revealing you how to make them a delicacy in a few simple steps!

 

SERVES 2 PEOPLE
READY IN 30′

 

INGREDIENTS:

3-4 potatoes

 

1 medium sausage (Italian “salamaella”)

2 glasses water

 

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon butter

rosemary to taste

salt to taste

 

 

 

STEP 1: SLICE THE POTATOES

Peel and slice the potatoes.

 

 

STEP 2: BOIL THE SAUSAGE

Using a fork prick the sausage, then dip it in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes to degrease.

Drain and slice it.

 

 

STEP 3: COOK

Place oil, butter and rosemary and melt for a minute.

Add potatoes and stir.

Cover with a lid and cook for ab 10 minutes; then add salt, sliced sausage and cook for 15 more minutes.
