INGREDIENTS:
1 pizza dough (I used Stuffer)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cup piennolo cherry tomato sauce
3 basil leaves
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
provola cheese to taste
1 tomato
2 tablespoons Gaeta olives
Fillets of tuna in oil
basil leaves to taste
STEP 1: ROLL THE DOUGH OUT
Put a sheet of parchment paper on the baking pan, spread oil and place the pizza dough on it.
Before rolling it out, make sure it is at room temperature (if you are using a ready-made dough, take it out of the fridge at least 20 minutes before).
Lightly grease your hands and start rolling out the dough giving it a circular shape and trying not to crush it too much on the outermost edge.
STEP 2: SEASON THE SAUCE
Season the tomato sauce with thinly sliced basil, oregano and salt. Mix.
STEP 3: FILL THE PIZZA
Fill pizza with tomato sauce and drizzle with oil.
Now add cheese cut into strips.
STEP 4: COOK
Bake pizza in preheated oven at 220 ° for about 15 minutes.
STEP 5: ADD RAW INGREDIENTS
Slice the tomato and place it on pizza. Add tuna, olives
and last with some basil leaves.
